Mudpie’s journey started with uncertainty, but her heart has been full of love from the very beginning. This adorable Australian Shepherd mix was found abandoned in a park near Mooresville and taken to the Hendricks County Animal Shelter. When no one came forward, Fluffy Butts Rescue stepped in to make sure this girl would never be forgotten again.

Estimated to be between 6 months and 1 year old, Mudpie is a soft-hearted, affectionate “velcro dog” who bonds deeply with her people. Wherever you go, she’ll want to be right there beside you — offering companionship, cuddles, and that unmistakable Aussie devotion. She thrives on attention and loves being part of the action, whether that’s hanging out at home or joining you on daily adventures.

We’re still getting to know Mudpie, so her compatibility with other dogs and cats is currently unknown. What we do know is that she’s incredibly sweet, eager to please, and ready to share her heart with a family who will cherish her.
