Texas Pete is a rescue barn cat from IACS and now a permanent resident (and local legend) at Fluffy Butts Rescue. With his stealthy ways and no-nonsense cattitude, Pete has fully claimed the barn as his kingdom—and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

He’s not a fan of people (don’t take it personally), but he is a fan of warm hay bales, a good mouse hunt, and surveying his domain like the mysterious cowboy he is. 😼

You can’t adopt him. You might not even spot him. But make no mistake—Texas Pete is the heart and soul of the barn, and we’re just living in his world.
